I’ve checked your bookings and can confirm that 29775707, 29871464, and 29781200 have now been fully refunded. You should receive the confirmation emails shortly if you haven’t already. For the remaining bookings, we’re still coordinating with the local partner, as these need their approval before refunds can be processed. Given the current situation and the number of affected reservations, it has been a bit more complex than usual.
