@asifnavaz I’m not sure I fully understand your question.
Apple does not allow background tasks to read data from HealthKit. This capability is restricted to Apple’s own apps and to certain ResearchKit-based research apps.

@HealthToFit Thank you , also any options to schedule export to iCloud . This way my ai agent can process and calculate recovery . All other attributes are now being fed as markdown .

You can already export the Fitness metrics as a CSV file. Open the Fitness screen by drilling down into the Fitness chart, then tap the More menu in the upper-right corner...

English

@asifnavaz Yes — tap the Fitness chart to drill down into the Fitness screen. Then tap the ellipsis button in the top-right corner to export the Fitness metrics as a CSV file.
English

@HealthToFit Is there a way to extract form fatigue and fitness scores which is the statistics section?
English

@asifnavaz I guess this is because of an iOS UX flaw. You need to scroll the more menu in the detailed view of the workout. Unfortunately there is no hint that the menu is scrollable...

@HealthToFit Hi , I am not seeing markdown in my iOS app. Is there an update made ?
English

@HG_Trade1024 Yes, I did check. And it will be fixed in the next update. Thanks.

Hey just want to report a weird bug: I am able to export individual workout in “export as csv” to Google Drive just fine, but if I’m export all workout or auto sync to Google Drive with default export as csv, the file is unreadable because “it is formatted as gpx data is binary” according to LLM. Can you check please?
English

@nugiperous HealthFit uses Apple Intelligence, an on-device LLM built directly into Apple platforms.
It’s fast, private, but its responses shouldn’t be directly compared to cloud-based systems like Microsoft Copilot, which run on much larger server-side models.
English

@HealthToFit Just ran the export through copilot and the feedback it gave me was tremendously useful! I guess if I had a more recent iphone it would show in the app as well? Thanks!!
English

@HealthToFit Just loving your work! Any plans to extend your app to macOS/web? Would be awsome!

@HealthToFit Download obsidian and store all your workout plans and other health/gym stuff in a folder and point claude or another agent to it and it will work perfectly and 100x better than any workout app

@HealthToFit Great new feature!
Unfortunately, Grok doesn’t upload zip files, and the extracted folder typically contains more than the 20 allowed attachments.
Still an improvement from the screenshots I was using before.

@HealthToFit Just did it with Perplexity, this is incredibly cool! Thanks for the Markdown export feature.

@HealthToFit How can I export a workout as markdown? Not seeding this in the app (I’ve updated to latest)
English

@JasonShen97790 Thanks! Not at the moment — bulk export to Markdown isn’t available.
English

@HealthToFit Just tried the new update, result is amazing, one more question, can I export multiple workouts to AI?
