Refund of elo its about respect to the time of the players and fair game, why should players be punished by lossing time and elo when the game just isn't fair. Like for example had few situations before that in middle of game 2 Ukrainians lost connection to the game due to situations in their country, why me and my friends have to loss time and elo and player rest of the game 3v5 .....

It's not advanced, grifers via ticket with elo refund, it's another feature they could add to Premium. I and many others have enough of time and elo wasted due to grifers and leavers, and i don't talk about people with bad score due to bad day, i tak about real grifers, game is only fair if we have 5v5 without anyone trying to make it harder for your team to win. @FACEIT_Darwin @FACEITSupport

@pewpewpogerl @FACEIT_Darwin @n0vel___ @FACEIT @FACEITcs The rules should be simple if someone leaves before half time they should get minus double elo like it is now and ban, and game cancels, and grifers who got kicked should be reviewed via ticket to aovid abuse, and confirmed matches should endup with refund of elo

@pewpewpogerl @FACEIT_Darwin @n0vel___ @FACEIT @FACEITcs You forgot that surrender needs everyone to agree, and it takes some time before the users gets penalty, so lets count time, 5-10min to find a game, then another 3-5 with knife round to start it, then 5 min for penelty, imagine lossing half of elo and your time, great
