EV309 is a R3 (n=390) superiority study comparing EVP vs chemoradiotherapy in muscle invasive bladder cancer. It is for those ineligible or declining cystectomy. Bladder-intact Event Free Survival & OS are primary endpoints. One might expect similar results to 905/EV303, where early EVP/cystectomy outperformed cystectomy. EV309 complements EV209 (single arm trial) which tells us outcomes of the cCR patients who don’t have surgery.
