@ChaseSupportUK hi, is there any way to get support other than phoning the 0800 number for poor reading from a script and advice that runs out after 'maybe you'll be able to see your statements if you put your phone in aeroplane mode'? The app seems to be barely functioning.

@CrossCountryUK Thanks - there's no seats, the aisles are full, it's not a massively safe environment for children to be standing. I'll share the details but obviously it won't help us today!

@CrossCountryUK hi, me and kids are travelling bristol tm to derby, train is hot and gross and our reserved seats that we're in say that they're reserved for someone else from Birmingham, is there anything I can do?

@HelenP57 We can only apologise and let you know we are looking into this. Last Monday was down to driver sickness, today we incurred additional traffic getting onto Bath, we are investigating why this was and looking to see if there are changes we need to make to the start of this duty.

@FaresaverBuses hi, the 11 Bathampton service seems to have gone v unreliable recently - is there anything you can do to help please? Kids need it for school and the 1st of the day doesn't start tracking until it gets to Bathampton so they can't tell if it's late or cancelled.
