With Oda as our new name, SoftBank and Prosus backing us, and a rock solid product and logistic model we are now aiming for Finland and Germany! 🚀

There is plenty of room onboard the rocket - and a lot to build. See oda.com for more!

@mdausinger We use @NotionHQ, really happy with the flexibility for a small team. Here's how we use it convas.io/blog/project-m…. If we were to upgrade from notion (which we don't plan to anytime soon), we'd probably go for clubhouse.io.

I'm in the market for a new project + task management tool for Refiner.io. Any recommendations from fellow SaaS founders?
Here is what I'm looking for 👇

@FredrikAurdal @convas_io @airtable @convas @figmadesign @googleanalytics Hmm, good question. None that I can think of off the top of my head. Pretty happy with these ones. Do you have any favorite ones?

We use about 20 tools to run our SaaS business @convas_io (excl. dev tools). 12 of these we started using on a free plan, and we're still using them today:
@airtable: CRM
@convas: customer feedback management, our own tool🙂
@figmadesign: design
@googleanalytics: analytics

We really like testing and evaluating tools, but try not to spend a crazy amount of time evaluating which tools to use
I find Farnam Street's decision matrix helpful for framing these types of decisions fs.blog/2018/09/decisi…

@randfish I've heard this described as the monkey principle. Something along the lines - if you're going to train a monkey to recite Shakespeare standing on a stage, you better start by training the monkey (and not building the stage). People often start with the stage to show progress.

This is a great, short article conversion-rate-experts.com/rrr/ on how to prioritize projects.
It's got all the goods:
- Why most project management doesn't tackle risk
- Why most risk reduction is done backward
- A good story to make it memorable
- A template you can use in GG docs

Time to revamp the pricing for my SaaS. 💸 Using the data from the last 3 months, @patio11 ‘s articles, and @arvidkahl’s Zero To Sold. Anything else I should use?
English

@drsim I think the main point is to just make sure you’re not limiting your ability to charge a large customer more. And make sure you have a lever to pull if a huge company comes knocking.
We also have unlimited users for the same reason as you.
English

@HelenaAhlstrom Great thread, thanks! I'm curious why selling unlimited something isn't a good idea?
My product has unlimited users on most tiers, given the UI is exactly the same for all team members. The value instead is the number of apps they can track.

We are thinking about our pricing for @convas_io and I've been digging into B2B SaaS pricing. We sell through a low-touch model and currently have one pricing plan, $49/month.
My favorite resources & main takeaways for B2B SaaS pricing below.

So now we just need to get to work on the pricing for @convas_io 🤓
