I once asked an elderly woman what it felt like to grow old — to know that most of her years were now behind her. She smiled and said something I’ve never forgotten: “I’ve always been the same age. The voice in my head never changed. I’m still the same girl I was at sixteen, still my mother’s daughter. I kept waiting to feel old one day, but it never really happened.” She said she’s watched her body weaken, her energy fade, and her memory slip at times — but deep inside, nothing ever changed. The person she’s always been never grew old. That moment stayed with me. Our bodies age, but our spirits remain young. The soul doesn’t wrinkle or fade. So when you speak with someone older, remember — inside, they’re still that same child, full of dreams and laughter. No matter how many years pass, we all need the same things: love, understanding, and a reason to keep going.

I adore traveling on my own… no one to answer to and no one to compromise with… just myself to please… and today I am channelling my inner Shirley Valentine… with a spot of lunch in a little taverna by the sea… cheers 😊

18 months on from attempting to take my own life, I’ve finally been discharged from Community Mental Health services this week! Living with mental illness is a lifelong challenge & I still await specialist services in the future, but this is a huge moment in my recovery journey.

@alitz_joe28150 @VanceE Yes, I fasted for 2 weeks and took supplements for the liver and just got plenty of rest and a parasite cleanse protocol also using colonics. There is a great place in Koh Samui called Health Oasis. It’s amazing for health and healing.

@HelenaAshwell @VanceE Yup thats how it is. I think fixing the gut, and whole digestive system is key to fixing it. The liver is a big one

Chris Williamson is undergoing massive toxin induced mental health issues. - Chronic Fatigue - Memory Impairment - Anxiety - Irritability - Depression - Insomnia - Wired but Tired etc. This adds to the list of mainstream authorities who got hammered by metals, lyme, mold, etc. You cannot just chad ram peptides and antimicorbials/parasitics and think the problem will go away. You need to calm histamine, start sealing the gut, and open detox pathways way before you even touch an antiparasitic. I believe he has multiple coinfections and metals probably being the root cause. Google chelation success stories and see how many symptoms are resolved by removing metals. Detox will be a mainstream pillar of health sooner than later, but not soon enough.

@alitz_joe28150 @VanceE I hated the antihistamines too, I switched to organic celery juice which helped calm my mast cells instead. The thing with MCAS is you can react to so many different things, and each person is different.

@HelenaAshwell @VanceE I had the same. I think it had something to do with the virus lingering inside the body. I had an epi pen and needed antihistamines which some even caused me to have a flair.

@memspo1 @AlpacaAurelius I tried to continue working out and had to stop as I developed exercise intolerance and would go into anaphylaxis and extreme fatigue . I had to learn to ‘just be’ rather than ‘do’ all the time! I only returned to exercise after 2 years and had to start very slowly, no pushing.

chris williamson and jordan peterson's main issue is not mold toxicity or lyme...it's something many modern men are facing.... and that's a massively burnt out nervous system, overstimulation and repressed emotions... running 3 businesses each, shouting at strangers on the internet, being perennially online, constant pressure to be more, do more and have more is the worst thing for your nervous system... and a chronically activated nervous system destroys your adrenals, thyroid, gut and energy levels... now throw some mold and other modern toxins on top of that and you have a recipe for disaster. but the problem didnt start with the toxins or "lyme"...it starts with your nervous system, your mind and emotions. chris's nervous system, like many others, is stuck in fight or flight, until ultimately it just burns out. And I can empathize because I've felt this way too before. the way out isn't more supplements and biohacks...more supplements are just a bandage on the solution, allowing your body to cope with a pretty toxic lifestyle. the way out is doing way less, removing, not adding...figuring out what emotional trigger caused your nervous system to stay so anxious and fearful... if I were talking to Chris, I'd want to understand why he feels the need to work so hard and do so much? how much pressure is he putting on himself to succeed? and where is that coming from? what emotions is he repressing via his work that he feels like are too much to experience? no human being is meant to do as much as modern man attempts to, and it is driving us all mad.

@coupconnoisseur @VanceE Look into corriander & blueberry shots. Bentonite clay and psyllium husk shake. Colloidal silver, spirulina, chlorophyll and Zeolite. Some regular colonics would also help.

@VanceE Parasite cleanses are intense. I lived in Southeast Asia for years so I expected (and got!) the worst. Coffee enemas are key—they cause the liver to release all the old bile (and liver flukes, and toxic build up). The liver is the hardest hit during a cleanse and needs support

@VanceE Had to stop working out as was intolerant to exercise which would cause MCAS flares and increased fatigue. I had to learn to rest and retreat. Detoxing and switching to a low histamine diet helped and fasting accelerated my healing.

@VanceE I got MCAS triggered after covid and mold exposure this also reactivated EBV - my MCAS is so severe I have to carry an epi pen. But glad to report I’m in remission for 3.5 years now and it took me 18 months to stabilise. Wish him all the best!
