@Morrisons There's an issue with your website: every time I try to add a new card it takes me back to the login screen. Others having the same issue. Trying to buy food for my elderly mum from abroad and no one from your cus service is replying! Help?!

@ConEdison Thanks to you, 400+ 3-5yo children and teachers at my child's school (K280 Brooklyn) are suffering in the heat due to inadequate AC. They're only waiting for you to energize a 2nd transformer so their window units will work. Why are you dragging your feet?!

@enterprisecares Had a vile experience with your company in the UK involving an electric rental car with malfunctioning brakes/electrics, being made to drive said car with 4 year old in the back to get another car with no fuel in it, and a missed flight. I've emailed but nothing!

@LandsEnd We placed an order for our 4 year old's winter coat and gloves on 30 September. 10 days later, I've been told there are no guarantees it will ship this week even? We'll have to buy another in the interim. Will be ordering elsewhere in future.

@nxcare I'd also like to say that this experience was in stark contrast to the awesome driver we had from Gatwick to Bristol on June 28th, who was kind, witty, musical(!) and absolutely lovely to my 4 year old.

@allergyPhD Ugh, the back to back illnesses are really testing, aren’t they? Our 3 year old just got over a week-long gastro thing then slid straight into a cold…it’s unreal! Hope you recover quickly and manage to steal some decent sleep.
