Really disappointed that @HelloFreshUK think £3.48 is adequate “compensation” for 2 packs of halloumi missing from my box, that also have to go out and buy at huge inconvenience seeing as I can’t drive. It’s £2 a pack min, they shouldn’t be making money off missed ingredients

Hey @UberEats it’s a shame that I can’t get all my money back on a takeaway that gave us all food poisoning? None of it was pleasant- the chicken that wasn’t rancid was so dry it disintegrated when you bit into it.

@squashykat Hi Kat, you should be able to do this through your AWC retail account. You can do this by signing in on the website, selecting My Account > My Preferences > Communication Preferences and then unselecting SMS. Hope this helps! - Sam
