@AlaskaAir my wife just paid $459 to upgrade to F. She’s a Gold. I’m a Titanium, and the price is $735 for me to upgrade the same flight. Makes my loyalty feel valued.

@AlaskaAir Booked a ticket with you SFO-HNL-AKL and back with the first three segments on HA for me with seats for me, myself and our baby. Gate agents in AKL did not want to board us because we paid for a seat. Seems like pay for a seat get a seat is SOP. Is this wrong?

Hey...@AlaskaAir I'm a 100k with a 75K wife. We are in Hong Kong, and our surrogate told us we need to be in Jackson, MS now to meet our daughter, The lady at the 100k line basically told us she could not help because you did not fly there. #disappointed.

@MBonvoyAssist I’m staying at the Sheraton Waikīkī Beach which has lovely hardware and terrible software. Titanium check-in? About an hour. Elite benefits? A grey vs blue bracelet.; no other recognition. Truly undermines the Bonvoy brand.
