@AlaskaAir Booked a ticket with you SFO-HNL-AKL and back with the first three segments on HA for me with seats for me, myself and our baby. Gate agents in AKL did not want to board us because we paid for a seat. Seems like pay for a seat get a seat is SOP. Is this wrong?

@MBonvoyAssist I’m staying at the Sheraton Waikīkī Beach which has lovely hardware and terrible software. Titanium check-in? About an hour. Elite benefits? A grey vs blue bracelet.; no other recognition. Truly undermines the Bonvoy brand.
