@sainsburys hi there I’m having great difficulty trying to enter my Nectar card number into my shopping/scan app. It is showing Error 34009 or Error unavailable. Then it is telling me that I have made too many attempts. Please can you help as using the scanning tool is helpful.

@sainsburys since when did it become normal to have to go and find members of staff in your local stores to authorise payments and spend money etc at self service? It’s every single time. I’d go to the standard ‘checkout’ but there is nobody there either! It’s a joke right?

Hi @sainsburys, you guys having technical problems? Every time I've gone to checkout online over the last few weeks, it gives me errors - I've tried all browsers, different operating systems as well as iOS apps. Always resolves itself after an hour or so but very frustrating

Hey @sainsburys you think the box is big enough... just think smaller box, less cardboard used, less space used, more on a lorry less fuel used. Need I go on. Other than the cardboard nothing recyclable... up your game.

@sainsburys Bad weather happens and there is disruption, we all understand that. But why no customer notification if an online scheduled delivery is cancelled / rescheduled? Called day later and still don't know when it will be fulfilled. Manager failed to call back. V.poor :(

Awful experience with @sainsburys. Just fobbed off. Still don’t know what their Nectar card policy is, I scanned mine for a friend and their assistant whacked my arm out of the way as I did so. Just trying to benefit from discounts. Don’t let anyone else use your Nectar card! 🤛

@sainsburys why in this awful weather is the night pay window for petrol in use at 18:30,in Hayes store,hardly nighttime?No shelter,got absolutely soaked.2 workers,working 1 till between them,took their time.15 minutes stood in pouring rain,when questioned,just laughed.Appalling

@sainsburys Please can you tell me if your commitment to higher welfare chicken has changed?For my online shop there is no organic, free-range or cornfed chicken legs/thighs/drumsticks available at all. I can only get organic breasts, or organic/free-range whole chicken. Why?
