everything changed when i figured out that big moves only come from lots of small moves. the tension of wanting things to happen overnight fell away. it took the pressure off and let me focus on putting in the daily effort that creates real growth.

Do less. But do it deeply. Scattering your attention scatters your purpose, and that scatters your happiness. Focus on one thing and feel into it. If it isn’t worth spending a lot of time on, it might not be worth spending any time on.

Freedom is releasing judgments. We are all imperfect works in progress. Accepting this makes you feel lighter. It helps you see the best parts of those around you and makes the world shine brighter.

Self-belief doesn’t flip on like a light switch. It grows over time. Take one small step towards your goals each day. Then look back and see how far you’ve come. That growth shows that you’re capable. It's proof that if you keep believing, you’re path into the future is limitless
