Im an elder millenial and we absolutely learned and used the dewey decimal system in school. Absolutely had to make photocopies. I had to handwrite reports and essays until college. Handwrite all my notes....all of it....i didn't know how to get on the web until high school, with our one computer per class the computer lab wasnt even connected to the web yet and at that time we didnt even have ask jeeves yet much less a google..millenials are still from the time where ppl asked what is the world wide web?

Millennials are the elite generation because they cranked out 12-page essays the night before they were due. No ChatGPT. No Claude. Just lo-fi beats playing in the background, Black coffee at midnight, footnotes that were somehow correct, and pure delusion. Grade was an A minus. Period.

Ah a coordinated effort to erase history and pioneers who have helped our communities. The UFW deciding to hijack take over the organization and smear the name of one of the most influential people that truly helped farm workers. no victims. No actual accusations. No first hand knowledge. Perhaps it was the position of Chavez regarding illegal immigration that is the case of the attempt “cancel” his legacy.

A few thoughts - I covered thousands of non-union farm workers for 15 years, who the UFW was trying to force unionization on. It's been an open secret that Cesar Chavez was a serial womanizer. Dolores Huerta has been a card-carrying UFW zealot and opportunist for decades. If this is true, why didn't she reveal this when Chavez died in 1993, 33 years ago? And wasn't Richard Chavez, Cesar Chavez's brother father of her four children, her long-term partner? The timing is suspect, and that the story was fed to the NYT even more suspect. I smell a big ugly rat. Something isn't as it seems...
