@WhiteRabbit1984 @MRitterman @AhmadRehanKhan There is a strong genetic component in autism spectrum disorders. Those genes were always there. I know lots of autistic people because we are all now much more aware than in previous eras. Many of them also have autistic relatives.

@MRitterman @AhmadRehanKhan That can not be the only reason. From 1980 to 2024, rates have drastically increased. Parents and doctors bring more educated can not be the only difference. There must be something in the environment.

My worry as well, it’s why I wrote “the book” about my daughter and family below, after talking with these chuckleheads. They despise people with autism and intellectual disabilities. For them they’re “defectives”. God help us.

Instagram has suspended the account of Palestinian journalist Anas Al-Shareef, one of the last reporters in northern Gaza The Al-Jazeera journalists account that had 1.2 million followers and had garnered billions of views, was suddenly deleted by Instagram, silencing the most prominent journalist in northern Gaza during Israel’s besiegement of the territory. This comes following false claims made against the journalist by the Israeli military. Anas’s backup account is anas.jamal33 where he is still continuing to post in an attempt to break through the censorship.
