Pure confusion, zero clarity, and what do you get from Sony? Another price increase announcement for Southeast Asia. You can't make this up. And what makes it worse is this is exactly what Microsoft tried to do in 2013 with the Xbox One. Sony literally made a video making fun of them for it about being able to share your games and centered their entire marketing around being the company that WON'T do that. And all this during the week all the attention should be on their new first party game SAROS. They need to get it together.

Black Myth Wukong and Crimson Desert are just the beginning of whats to come out of AAA development in China and South Korea over the coming decade. They have a huge advantage over the U.S. because wages are much lower, so they can keep the cost of development down. Something like Crimson Desert would've easily cost more than $500 million dollars if it had been made in California for example.

The new DRM on the PlayStation update is a disgrace to gaming, Sony should make a statement whenever this PlayStation Support message is real or faked. This issue with this 30-Day Timer being applied to all new purchases isn't about having an active internet connection, but the concept of ownership. Sony is taking the rights away from users who purchase their games digitally. If you go offline for more than 30 days, you're locked from playing a game that you bought with your own money. Your console shouldn't require an active online internet connection to verify the purchase or the validity of a video-game that you've purchased previously in my opinion.
