@GrumpyMontanan @braxton_mccoy I was the kind of immigrant that brings exotic food without effecting the crime rate. I'm back in my homeland now, where my cajun grandfather spoke english as a second language.

When I run for office the only thing I will ask you to help fund is 16 foot pieces of conduit and fuel to distribute them around. Starting in Dubois.

@GrumpyMontanan @braxton_mccoy Coming from Louisiana I did a double take the first time I heard how people in WY pronounced it when I lived there. I never got used to it, but I pronounced it their way.

What was supposed to be an 8-month repair period has since turned into a 2-year overhaul project, with no idea yet when we get expect to have enough river water height to bring the ship home.

@KootenayGreg @ParksStep3 @Schizointel It should be nearing its crest this time of year, but due to the very low snow pack in the rockies this year it is still well below normal and its not looking good that it will rise enough to get the Kidd back in its cradle this year.

@actionxander Does are either lactating or gestating and have a >caloric need than bucks. It's not that bucks are more skittish, it's that does have to take the risk and go foraging more hours of the day and at times of higher risk. -paraphrasing a biologist from Miss state U deer lab.

Every time I see deer in the Everglades, it's always a doe and/or fawn. I can never find a buck! Loxahatchee has been a good spot for deer especially in the morning.

Baton Rouge Mall shooter had recent gun convictions, and his ankle monitor was removed by "Online Court" Commissioner 3 days ago. However much you hate the government, it's not enough. shorturl.at/YK3vt

BREAKING I was doing some research & found out that Rob Jesmer is Senator Cornyn’s general consultant. By going through Rob’s posts, I found that Matt — also on Cornyn’s team — posted his disappointment about no path for amnesty. When I replied, Matt deleted it w/in seconds.

I know Elon says he thinks AI and robotics will build some great future for mankind by doing all the work and making all the decisions but really I think that looks pretty dystopian. Mankind didn’t get to where we are by having everything done and all decisions made for them.
Elon Musk@elonmusk

Universal HIGH INCOME via checks issued by the Federal government is the best way to deal with unemployment caused by AI. AI/robotics will produce goods & services far in excess of the increase in the money supply, so there will not be inflation.

Politicians keep missing the mark, but I won't. I have the conservative record to prove it. Conservative groups agree: I'm the most conservative in the race. No misses. No excuses. Just results.

@braxton_mccoy I tried skiing in Boise once a few years ago; jacked up my shoulder so bad I couldn't pull my bow back until mid summer. I enjoyed it, but I'm one and done on skis

@GillesLERAY2 @24_70xu @DanOvercast The Soviets started making their sub hulls out of titanium in the 60's bc our sub hunting planes can detect a steel hull under 600 ft of water easily.

@82ndAIR4325 They shot a lot of it on the USS Kid in Baton Rouge as its the only Fletcher class destroyer in its original WW2 state. Its been south in drydock for repair; I'm looking forward to touring it when it gets back to its cradle, they need the river to reach a certain height first.

@pika_nekopanda On the morality of the bomb question, its worth considering that around 500k civilians in occupied territory were dying per month of disease and starvation in late '45. That death rate was accelerating towards the end of the war. A blockade or invasion would have been horrific.

To most, the Pacific war is this: the IS knew war was coming; but was surprised where and when it started. The fight was very close until we got our industry into war production mode and then we simply blockaded and bludgeoned Japan until surrender.

@michaelmalice @LrnrzPrmt2Kll @grok If a democrat narrowly wins the popular vote they probably lost; if a republican narrowly wins the popular vote they probably won. At least recently. Out of context its probably whoever is the 51%er.
