It's been well over a year since we won the SPS at Pax West and @ESLClashofClans still has never given us the trophy we won and raised that day. What a supreme slap in the face for all we did to support and participate in their events...

@HitboTC @RareLtd @SeaOfThieves Hard agree - the game is clearly pushing it's limits. I hope we see a functionality patch that allows for Rare to keep adding to the game, without causing major issues like disabling the whole point of a new season...

Here is what I know. The people at @RareLtd and @SeaOfThieves are great people who love the community and the game. That being said I would love to see a change in seasons going forward. Grab a grog because this one is a long one. Seasons Change Focus: Instead of releasing brand new headlining features I would like to see the change for seasons be purely focused on adding new cosmetics via the season rewards and plunder pass. Not new features. Just pure cosmetics. Each season could even be themed and partner with other well known brands to deliver unique cosmetics (think collab with one piece) Feature Releases: These would be separate from seasons, be thematic, and bring us back to the “hungering deep” vibes. They would be story driven and bring back some focus on the narrative and lore in the game. They would only be released when ready and when RARE is confident. RARE sets the schedule on this. Bilge Rat Adventures: Bring back the small regular updates to the game adding features as they get developed. We shouldn’t have to wait 3 months to sell storage crates if it’s been created and tested it should just release into the game. The technical term for dev teams would be a two week sprint model. I loved how alive the game felt year one getting small updates regularly that improved the quality of the game and current available features. Insiders overhauled: I think it’s time we change from an NDA structure to a live public server space that we can test, stream, and make videos on. This would allow the bigger pool of people to take a look at features and give some of the people that are good at breaking things more time and visibility.

Rings of Power S2 was okay I guess. It had some cool parts, but had more bad in my opinion. For me, they need to fix how they portray battles, make Middle-Earth feel bigger, and jump around plot lines less within the same episode. Full disclaimer - I don't like the fact that very vocal fans and creators are super negative towards new Star Wars material and now RoP - but to be fair Hollywood isn't exactly putting out what their audiences are craving. To me, RoP is a high quality production, but with low quality of thought. (It's not cohesively good, only certain aspects, individual characters, or scenes are...)
