Even if those numbers are not what we would like, they are still much better than any Democrat. Under Barack Obama, ICE had only 35 agencies cooperating with it, fewer than 1% of the country. Under President Trump, there are 1,630 counties with a higher share of white Trump voters that are more likely to cooperate, further indicating that voting does matter even if it’s indirect. President Trump is making the federal judiciary younger, whiter, and more Republican. He is leaving the crowns at your feet. He is opening up programs so that young, White, right-wing men can get into the government, the complete opposite of what Joe Biden did. Donald Trump’s deployment of the National Guard and ICE to cities cut down the amount of violent crime, especially homicides, in the United States. His drone strikes on cartels in Colombia, Ecuador, and Venezuela, and his cooperation with the Mexican government and the El Salvador government, have cut down the amount of fentanyl coming into the country. ICE arrested 20,000 people in the District of Columbia, which is consistently full of homicide and violence. These changes would take a decade, but we don’t have that because Trump and his cabinet are beholden to foreign interests when it comes to our foreign policy.
