@HisenseUK wow can’t believe I have had a TV from yourself for less than 2years and all I have is a blank screen Unfortunately I can’t find my receipt, I certainly won’t be having another one, after reading all the reviews I thought I had brought a reliable Tv but obviously not

@nurse_lisa_84 @currys @HisenseUK The initial email chain started 6 months after purchase & well within warranty period, but they waited until AFTER warranty expired before contacting back (almost as if they had a reminder on the systems to flag it, but I am not paranoid enough to believe that🤔)

@HisenseUK shocking service, would never purchase a Hisense product again. Tumble dryer broken after 4 months due to poor product design only to be told it's classed as 'accidental damage'. Only interested in taking your money, after care appalling


@currys @HisenseUK it seems the washing machine is majorly faulty and we need to get something else. With a sen child and ever growling piles of washing this is getting ridiculous. :( bad experience and hisense don't even respond or care.

@HisenseGlobal @googakenya saidia masikini. My water sensor seems to be faulty. Spin is the only functionality that works past minute one. The water goes in and out of the machine okay. Yet it is stuck throwing errors while it drains my water and electricity fwaaa!

The replacement unit has been formally rejected, and I am requesting FULL REFUND ONLY. Hoping Hisense resolves this responsibly instead of continuing to delay.

@HisenseGlobal do you have an issue with the sound/volume on your tvs? Mine is 2.5 years old and the sound has started to act faulty

@shredwithQpid What exactly is going with hisense TVs? I'm also having 6 horizontal lines on my 56 inches uled TV right now.@HisenseGlobal what's the problem with your product?
