@SeeFisch The problem with pills sometimes is the increased pill burden as you have to take multiples of it to get to a dose of around 15 g or higher per day. I usually prescribe the powder form of it. It will cost you around 50-60 dollars a month but can be bought off for cheaper online.

The answer is urea! $3 a pill Tolvaptan use is dangerous to the liver and should generally only go a month. Tolvaptan $300 a pill. I do not know why we even talk about demeclocycline anymore. Lithium and demeclocycline have a nice mechanism but more expensive, more toxic
