最近行情冷清，索性收手到处走走，熊市多旅游，不亏即是赚。
刚好看到 Backpack 终于要 TGE 的消息，确实让人振奋。尤其是 Armani 那句 “Warrants a new name”，吊足了胃口。结合 BP 之前披露的路线图，对这个“新名字”背后的创新有几点猜想：
1️⃣ 平台股权凭证 (The Revenue-Share Proxy)这可能超越 dYdX 或 ve(3,3) 的简单分红，而是交易所 + 钱包 + 生态全产品的“分红型股权”。持币即股东，直接捕获全球合规牌照下的真金白银，这是最激进但也最吸引人的方向。
2️⃣ 链上银行存款凭证 (Bank Deposit Token)呼应 Backpack “金融机构”的定位。它可能不再是单纯的代币，而更像是一种带收益的 RWA（真实资产）或 Bank Deposit 凭证。持有它等于在 Backpack 银行拥有生息资产，深度参与借贷、Staking 和衍生品加权收益。
3️⃣ 永久锁定的积分终极形态 (Perma-Locked Model)为了彻底杜绝 VC 和早期散户抛压，Backpack 可能把“积分”和“Token”进行某种程度的永久绑定。类似 Aerodrome 但锁定期更久、绑定更深。25% TGE 只是引子，剩下的是留给真正的长期建设者的“信用额度”。
虽然现在的市场情绪可能会带来不少抛压，但我依然坚定看好下一个牛市中的 Backpack。这种深耕合规和产品的项目，不差钱就多拿几年，收获一定比瞎折腾多得多。
