Shocked by my experience with @lufthansa. They delayed, rerouted, cancelled and rebooked a recent trip back from South Africa. I arrived in London 7 hours late. Customer service has been terrible and deliberately obstructive. Massively disappointed in a company I once respected.

@GoogleUK really disappointed with yr hardware & support. I am in Budapest with Red Cross & have no phone connection as Pixel has failed. Being told no choice but to buy a new one. Would be nice if you'd replace it. Expected better from you.

I trained as a journalist in #HappyValley - I saw lots of weird & wonderful stuff in Calderdale but clearly missed the serial killer scoop. I did do "Dad's Horror at House of Slugs" & one on a guy with chicken body art starting "Tattoo'll Doodle Do". All that wasted potential...
