@ThePatriotOasis We always know who the illegal alien/foreign visitor mother is. If the mother is so loose she doesn’t know who the father is…well, that’s on her. We do not need to grant citizenship just because there is a minor chance the father is a citizen.

@HouseDemocrats The Court should rely on the writings of the authors of the 14th Amendment for understanding its full intent. This is part of the Executive Branch's arguments. The original authors do not need their intent rewritten to meet the Democrats’ political agenda.

Donald Trump wants to strip U.S. citizenship from children born in this country. But the 14th Amendment protects against that. The president cannot rewrite the Constitution. The Supreme Court must defend the 14th Amendment.

D.C.’s biggest bully just pulled up to the Supreme Court to try to intimidate the justices into ending birthright citizenship. No sitting president has ever attended oral arguments — but this one thinks the Constitution is optional and that the Court must bow down to him.

The federal government isn't responsible for city streets. NY cares more about putting illegals in housing than the streets, so this is on them.

It is not the federal government’s responsibility to maintain city streets. You would be better to direct this to the city and perhaps the state, though most city streets are also not the state government’s issue either. NYC alone has a bigger budget than the state of Florida. Where does all that money go if it's not for maintenance of city streets and other failing parts of the city?

American cities are literally crumbling while we are spending billions every day fighting a war in Iran. When will we end the madness and put America first?

He could not have tried it before, as he was only duly elected the second time in 2024. If questioning an election result is a crime, then Rep.Maxine Waters would be a criminal, as she has argued each GOP Presidential win this century. Trump left office on January 20, 2021, as the Constitution prescribed. He ran again in 2024 and won the election, which Democrat-leaning folks like Maxine still call a stolen election. I have never claimed that Trump is perfect, but he is our President until Noon, January 20, 2029.
