@CityMelanie All three of my sons played hockey at Heron Park arena in Scarborough. They're all grown now raising their own families. I never used a cell during a game and am glad I didn't as I have years of great memories of goals & victories, tears & losses, times we shared

#OTD in 1970, the Oregon Highway Division consulted with the U.S. Navy and decided the best way to dispose of a whale carcass was to blow it up with a 1/2 ton of dynamite. The explosion caused blubber to rain down on spectators for over a 1/4 of a mile. The TV segment is classic.

@DonDavies This is the response given to a request for Emergency help in lieu of the completion of the Canada Disability Benefit. We could really use the help and there are many disabled Canadians that see this support as an either or, when in fact, I think you could do both if you tried.

Lots of online misleading on dental care. Facts: NDP is working with Libs on a permanent dental care plan, making good progress, target Dec 2023. C31 will provide interim support of $1300 for kids under 12 - enough for X-rays, exam, cleanings, multiple fillings for 500,000 kids.

To begin with, why did PWD'S have to wait until CERB payments were handed out and then get a one time amount of $600? Who approved a one time amount less than one 1/3 of CERB? How many PWD'S have been hired since Covid started? Not doubting intent, but results.
