I grieve the life of Brock Turner. It is a real torment for me to see the way he was and continues to be treated. (If women can support Aileen Wuornos and Lorena Bobbitt, then we can have our Brock Turner.) I would like to start an online support group for his sympathizers, so if you feel as I do, reach out to me via DM so we can connect and grieve together for him.

Today we honor the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms. But, as an advocate for boys and men, I think it’s important to acknowledge something: From @JamesLNuzzo: Across all wars, the total number of American male war deaths is estimated at 1,170,432. The total number of American female war deaths is 618. This means males comprise 99.9% of the American military personnel who have been killed in the history of U.S. warfare. I think we should show more gratitude for men who are the vast majority of those who give their lives for us all to have better ones.

@jackunheard Minor nit on "right now": it's been going since the days of Elisabeth Cady Stanton, who absolutely hated men. You can't believe what feminists believe about men and not hate men.

There’s a massive campaign against the male population right now. Women are getting brainwashed to feel guilty or disappointed when they find out they’re pregnant with a boy. Men are being pushed to act more feminine and soft. Take strong men out of the picture, and civilization crumbles. Anyone who doesn’t see what is happening is blind.

We’ve brainwashed women into hating men so much that they now resent having baby boys. Society has to make changes 𝘯𝘰𝘸. This is toxic.

Today I remember Theodore Budkofsky, who died a hero in July 2016 saving another driver's life. Traveling in the slow lane down 95 S in Hopkinton, RI, nearing the Connecticut border, Budkofsky swerved to avoid hitting a car that had just cut in front of him to take an exit at the last minute. Budkofsky's tractor trailer collided with a tree. Good Samaritans ran into the woods, climbed up the back of the cab and found the driver unconscious, his head half-decapitated by his seatbelt. He was airlifted to RI Hospital but died of his injuries. The accident tied up traffic for two hours, including the woman who later became my wife, and me, as we returned home following my suicide attempt. We stopped to talk to some witnesses to the accident and its aftermath and have always been moved by the tragedy. Rest well, Mr. Budkofsky. I will remember you as a hero. turnto10.com/news/local/tra…

Today, on Men’s Appreciation Day, let’s celebrate all the good men do and have done throughout history! The other day I was driving and I saw three construction workers working in a parking lot… in the pouring rain. Working away to make the roadway smoother for all of us… in the pouring rain. Men are far more likely to do the dirty and dangerous jobs that make all of our lives comfier and safer. We should show them more appreciation! Thank you, men!

“Teachers are more lenient in their marking of girls' schoolwork, according to an international study. An OECD report on gender in education, across more than 60 countries, found that girls receive higher marks compared with boys of the same ability.”

@MbarkCherguia They should be guarded day and night until they die. Guarded - anyone trying to save them should be thrown in jail.

A great suggestion from @ZaraBriggsBooks… Let’s make the Sunday before Memorial Day 𝘔𝘦𝘯’𝘴 𝘈𝘱𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘥𝘢𝘺! Not a day to spread awareness about men’s issues, but a day to show appreciation for all the good men do and have done throughout history. I’m going to roll with this tomorrow… Let’s spread it far and wide! Please share!

Shut up. My grandfather fought in two wars, which likely gave him the cancer that killed him. My uncle, Vietnam. Draft. He didn't die so he won't be remembered this Memorial Day, but Agent Orange and his PTSD should be enough. I've worked with vets who cry at the baby graveyards on base, caused by pollution, vets with bones literally rotting from the inside. Whether by choice or force, they gave these sacrifices so you can be a dumbass screaming "pick me" on the internet and not some censored twit living as if she's in North Korea, so sit down and show a little respect with shutting the hell up.

This post reminds me of Hillary Clinton’s infamous quote “Women have always been the primary victims of war. Women lose their husbands, their fathers, their sons in combat.” I’m tired of leaders diminishing male sacrifice and suffering.
UN Women@UN_Women

War does not affect everyone equally. Women and girls are more likely to be displaced, face sexual violence, and lose access to healthcare — all while trying to keep their families alive. See how war impacts women and girls in our new explainer: unwo.men/EOTT50Z2sL6

These memes do bring on a laugh, but the hypocrisy is actually quite serious and fuels the gender divide. It seems like “gender equality” is only desired when it benefits women. But when it negatively impacts women, the desire for “equality” goes out the window. I know a woman who was full-blown “smash the patriarchy!” Then she was getting divorced and she demanded the house. “The woman always gets the house” she’d say, among other hypocritical things. Side note: after a decade, she’s still living in the house.
