@EE did an upgrade in store on Monday but not received any email confirmation about new contract etc. nobody knows why all they say is “there’s an open order” but they don’t know any timeframe or anything

@EE I tried that & she didn’t understand what was wrong & said she was filling out an online form & I would receive an email that I needed to confirm so they could look into it. I’ve still not received any emails

Good morning @ring I'm not getting any notifications/alerts for my doorbell. The history of events is not loading either. The devices on the app seem to be 'loading'. Am I the only person having this problem?
