They pepper sprayed him the moment it began. Then he was swarmed and brought to the ground, then executed. End of story.

Seriously? What in the world does this have to do with the 2nd? The right to bare arms has nothing to do with fighting LEO's and drawing a weapon during a lawful arrest. Anyone with half a brain would have raised their arms, followed instruction and stated "officer I have a permit and I'm lawfully carrying a firearm". This guy wanted a confrontation, after all that's what Walz and Frey have been encouraging the less intelligent amongst us to do ever since the billions in fraud hit the news.
