Not sure why @Samsung engineers think this is acceptable. Tried on concrete floor but they think it’s completely fine, @BBCWatchdog why are there not higher standards? Will compare to other brands that are much quieter.

This is a @BoschGlobal machine for comparison @Samsung - their standards seem much higher!

But I just get an auto reply from the contact on letter saying they will reply on 18th sept 2024. So that’s not very hopeful. @OneLandlord @MayorofLondon @HousingOmbuds @ZackPolanski @hackneyliving How is this ok?!

I asked the contact why it’s necessary as on searching seems it is probably not.

@SouthernHsg_UK have asked to carry out a external risk assessment of #hindlehouse block in Dalston to check fire safety, this is carried out for cladded buildings since #Grenfell but Hindle is brick built. Here’s the letter:

@SouthernHsg_UK have said #hindlehouse London block needs a fire risk assessment of external walls. This is based on guidance for buildings with cladding since #grenfell But our building is not clad. It’s brickwork only so surely this should not apply??!

@mtpennycook Yet you continue to ignore those trapped in buildings that are unsafe and homeowners having to pay for developers mistakes. When is labour finally going to have the cojones to deal with bad builders? You are allowing them to perpetuate the building safety crisis?

@InclusiveBuild Glad you can see that is the case too. I wonder why @PeabodyLDN are so quiet on the matter.

This Is at best an unsightly repair, at worst a fire hazard, I can’t be sure which from your photo.

@SouthernHsg_UK @LondonDrainage1 arrived at my flat after suggesting you have a cctv survey carried out after flood. They turned up without cctv as were told by you that the soil pipe was blocked again. It wasn’t. A wasted journey! Can you rearrange ASAP to resolve the matter?

@SouthernHsg_UK once again flooded my tenants kitchen. They won’t accept responsibility even though their ‘drain specialists’ were working on a shared soil pipe in the flat above, just before the flood occurred. The same happened 2 years ago.

@SouthernHsg_UK @mtpennycook @SteveReedMP I am a private landlord / leas-holder but the issue is the responsibility of Southern housing. If private landlords are abolished, these are the people who will be your landlord. How is this better @GreenpartyukRBX

@SouthernHsg_UK @mtpennycook @SteveReedMP I got to my flat this morning as you sent someone to rip up kitchen floor after the flood your drainage team caused. You have sent only 1 person. Washing machine + all other kitchen items need moving out of room. So I am now heavy lifting. I need a hip replacement so not easy.
