The SAVE America Act doesn’t “Save” America. And this isn’t about voter ID. This bill requires everyone to re-register to vote in person and your driver’s license, REAL ID, or military ID aren’t even good enough. Imagine all of our seniors who don’t have valid passports and haven’t seen their birth certificates in decades? What about them? How hard will it be for them to register? And how do they get a passport if they can’t find their birth certificates? And what about the cost? If this becomes law, it will disenfranchise many Americans.

THOUGHTS - If you took your husbands last name on marriage license, you’re required to update ID in Michigan - approx $9 As for the birth certificate name change comment - that’s what the marriage certificate is for 🙄 FINDINGS - if you believe this woman, you probably shouldn’t vote.

@AngelMD1103 Many years ago the owner of my home told me he was selling. After the first year, I was month-to-month for 7 years. He gave me 30 days notice. The new owner was aware of the “sorta” short notice and gave me another 30 days. Which was plenty of time to find a new place to live.

A family has been renting a house for years, raising their kids there, building routines, filling every room with memories. One afternoon, the landlord suddenly shows up with his wife, furious and yelling that the house has been sold and they need to leave immediately. No warning. No plan. Their furniture still inside, nowhere lined up to move, shock written all over their faces. This feels deeply unfair. A house may be an investment to a landlord, but to a family, it’s home. Even if laws allow sales, basic communication and decency should never be optional. Stability shouldn’t disappear overnight. How can families feel secure renting when something this drastic can happen without notice?
