We sent a notice today to @lacity & @AGRobBonta regarding our intent to petition the state for land back to build new American towns. LAPD helicopter pilots are depriving residents of sleep & disrupting them all day. It's literally nonstop police helicopters in central @lacity.

It's almost 12 midnight in Los Angeles and LAPD helicopter pilots are STILL flying in circles over DTLA. This is a disaster. This region is HORRIBLE. Police helicopter pilots are literally vibrating nonstop over residential homes.

Right? Like LAPD helicopter pilots are ALWAYS circling/hovering in Westlake at the edge of DTLA. IF there are that many emergencies they need to call in a permanent emergency response team. I know the area has issues but I don't think any warrants helicopters ALL DAY LONG.
