We aren’t just facing a "𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞", we are witnessing the rise of "𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐬," where entire communities are losing access to the care they need to survive. At the 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, we know that you cannot have Patient Safety without Nurse Well-being. When the "𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞" is hurting, the entire system is at risk.
