I understand your concern, especially after the troubleshooting and speaker replacement did not resolve the audio crackling issue. Based on the diagnosis and the symptoms you have described, the issue appears to be related to the motherboard. Replacing the motherboard should address the root cause of the problem and restore normal audio functionality. Mohit, As per the update from the service team, the replacement parts used for your unit are original components specifically designed for your model.
