Quando ho letto il titolo ho pensato che anche stavolta i “titolisti” (la categoria che in Italia ha fatto più danni, a parte i politici) ci avevano messo lo zampino, forzando un contenuto e mettendo in bocca all’intervistata una frase mai realmente pronunciata. Poi l’occhio mi è caduto casualmente sul testo: quella frase (“volevo fare la toga rossa”) è stata detta davvero, con tanto di virgolettato. Forse era una battuta, e in tal caso sono molto indulgente: ogni tanto le battute ci stanno, aiutano tutti a non prenderci troppo sul serio. Ma penso a cosa vorrebbe dire se, invece, non fosse stata una battuta. Vorrebbe dire che una giornalista che conduce un programma di approfondimento politico in prima serata (e molto seguito) considera normale, e financo desiderabile, che un magistrato applichi la legge in forza di un suo orientamento politico, qualunque esso sia. Lascio poi perdere il fatto che in Italia permettiamo da anni, come se fosse la cosa più normale del mondo, a veri e propri militanti politici di condurre programmi di approfondimento politico. Questo è uno dei nostri problemi piu gravi: ci siamo abituati a cose che non sono normali, da qualunque parte le si guardi.

La follia senza limiti é quella di chi massacra decine di migliaia di ragazzi che chiedono solo la libertà di vivere, é la ricerca di un ordigno atomico per poterlo usare contro il nemico di sempre, Israele, é armare gruppi terroristici in ogni parte dell’oriente e dell’occidente e programmare stragi come quella del 7 ottobre, é considerare nemici tutti quelli che hanno un’altra cultura, é attaccare nazioni arabe vicine solo per scatenare una crisi economica. Questa è follia.

Trump instead is throwing tantrums on social media demanding the highest court in the land base its rulings on Fox News pundits and “common sense” according to him. One must pause and reflect, what world is Trump living in? One where opinions must be true if they come out of the mouth of one of his preferred talking heads. L’ex pm Davigo, condannato in via definitiva per rivelazione di segreto, ha presentato il terzo (TERZO!) ricorso in Cassazione contro la sua condanna a 1 anno e 3 mesi per rivelazione di segreto d’ufficio. Dopo essere stato condannato in primo grado e in appello per aver divulgato i verbali di Amara, Davigo ha fatto ricorso in Cassazione, che però ha confermato la sentenza per la rivelazione del segreto per un capo d’imputazione, rendendo la condanna definitiva, e l’ha invece annullata per un’altra parte con rinvio per un ulteriore giudizio della Corte di appello di Brescia. A quel punto, in attesa del nuovo appello, Davigo ha presentato un ricorso straordinario in Cassazione contro la parte che è diventata una condanna definitiva. Il ricorso è stato dichiarato inammissibile. E due. Poi è arrivata anche la sentenza dell’appello-bis: la Corte d’appello di Brescia, in una nuova composizione, ha confermato la condanna a 1 anno e 3 mesi. “Davigo ha intenzionalmente divulgato a molteplici soggetti, più o meno intranei al Consiglio superiore della magistratura, i contenuti di quei verbali e talora consegnando materialmente copia dei verbali così violando innanzitutto quei doveri di riserbo e di silenzio che, oltre al codice di procedura penale, gli erano specificamente imposti dal suo alto ruolo” di membro del Csm. E’ la quinta sentenza che condanna Davigo. Ma l’ex presidente dell’Anm non demorde e così ha appena presentato un nuovo ricorso in Cassazione, il tris. Il Conte I, con Salvini al Viminale, approva i Decreti Sicurezza: taglio del permesso umanitario, stretta sull’accoglienza, aumento delle barriere amministrative. È il governo che nei fatti inaugura la stagione dei porti chiusi: navi lasciate in mare per giorni, divieti di attracco, braccio di ferro con ONG e migranti. Non c’è bisogno di un decreto che dica “chiudo i porti”: basta impedirgli di entrare. E l’hanno fatto. Conte II continua sulla stessa linea quando gli fa comodo: 8 aprile 2020, in piena pandemia, il governo dichiara i porti italiani “non sicuri” fino al 31 luglio. Tradotto: niente sbarchi. Ancora, il Marzo 2019: l’Italia diventa l’unico Paese del G7 a firmare la Belt and Road Initiative con la Cina, un Memorandum che contiene 28 accordi, alcuni dei quali toccano direttamente le infrastrutture strategiche: porto di Trieste, porto di Genova, logistica, cooperazione industriale. Migranti abbandonati in mare – Restrizioni pesanti contro ONG e migranti. – Uso massiccio e incontrollato dei DPCM. – Lockdown e misure decise senza passaggi parlamentari. – Adesione alla Via della Seta, con coinvolgimento dei porti italiani (Trieste e Genova). – Rapporti privilegiati con Russia e Cina e delegazioni autorizzate a circolare liberamente. Tutto questo è già accaduto. Non è teoria.
