A je to tady zase. Jelikož je plánováno na fáze: a) nelze posílat na staré quantum non-resist adresy, utrácet z nich lze b) všechny quant non-resist adresy se zamrazí c) možnost quant. bezpečný obnovy (samostatným bipem tzv. odemkni a přesuň) tak k fázi c nemusí prostě dojít. Jsem proti, tak jako tak! Navíc. Co časově-uzamčené utxo?

Wrong, Strategy will have one million Bitcoin by September, 2 million by end of 2027, and the dividends won’t be a problem. The company raised $25.3 billion in a down year for Bitcoin last year, so more than 25x their annual dividend obligation. And they’ve raised ~$8 billion already this year. When you can raise your annual dividend obligation in one week, and you already have over half a century of balance sheet coverage, the dividends aren’t going to be a problem.

Saylor has lost it with this logic. He has now issued $10b+ of preferred stock at 10-11.5% and has capacity to issue $25b more. That means a dividend bill of $1-4b EVERY YEAR on a software business that makes no cash. He has pre-funded some of this bill for the next year by issuing common stock - but with the amount of preferred shares printed each week this is going to run out. The only option for this capital structure long term is either issuing $1-4b of common stock every year, turning off the dividend or selling BTC. This is now a timebomb.
