Since April 2023, 14 million people (a quarter of the population) have been forced to flee their homes. Nearly 9 million remain internally displaced, while over 4 million have become refugees in neighboring countries. 33.7 million Sudanese need urgent humanitarian assistance. 21 million face acute hunger, with millions at risk of famine. The health system is shattered, attacks on civilians continue, and disease outbreaks spread. This underreported tragedy demands global attention and action. An immediate ceasefire, protection of civilians, and unhindered aid access are desperately needed. I would ask her what the word "God" means to her. Can we prove love exists? Can we prove happiness exists? Can we prove peace exists? There are many words we use to point to a kind of spiritual quality, yet we are simply attempting to communicate experience rather than prove an idea of something.

The United States is a Christian nation.

For truth to be truth it must be limitless. It must be something which underlies all of existence without dependence upon being recognized. That's why, in my estimation, anytime anyone tells you "This is the truth" they can only ever be selling you something that is not actually in their possession to offer. Truth is something we may all strive to point towards, but it is not an object of knowledge. It's like taking a cup of water from the river and beliving they have the whole river in the cup.
