for those who dont have a diesel, let me explain. for years now, the government has mandated that you have to have a special tank that holds the chemical equivalent of pig urine in your truck, and a system that sprays it into your exhaust, for like, the environment or something

@ThomBradley8 @plzbepatient I misspoke, increases power while decreasing fuel economy. That's why race cars like it. It is more corrosive but any vehicle made after like 2000 is going to be perfectly fine running standard E10 and up to E15.

@Human_005 @plzbepatient Are you really this stupid? Ethanol increases fuel consumption and produces less power despite its higher octane. Yes it is corrosive. The BTU of alcohol is 97,000, gasoline is 125,000. The air fuel mix of alcohol is 7.7 to 1, gasoline is 14.7 to 1. See if you can be less stupid.

@ThomBradley8 @plzbepatient It increases both power AND economy... The only drawback is that it is more corrosive than regular gasoline. Any car made after like 1990 can run E10 or E15 just fine. All gasoline unless otherwise marked is already E10.

@plzbepatient Correct. Corn whiskey is nice to drink but it doesn't belong in the gas tank. It reduces power and economy. It's also more expensive than regular gasoline. There are other forms of alcohol that are much cheaper to use.
