@TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators It's stupid that I even have to say this again 4 months later but I still want answers from YouTube because you continue to ignore me even months later. It's been giving me less hope everyday as my channel has still been falsely terminated even 4 months later as I never even had another account before my termination. This is clearly a false termination but YouTube still has banned me for something their A.I. falsely accused me of doing. It has been 4 months since my channel has been falsely terminated and I have kept trying to get their attention but YouTube continues to ignore me and here is the reason why I think they really removed my channel. On June 30, 2025, I uploaded a video that has all of the shutdowns from January to June of 2025. The video would soon become my most viewed I made with it getting over 50k views and getting me to over 1,000 subscribers and it would also let me qualify the partnership program but however that would be shortlived. On September I would recieve a manual copyright claim for my video which was for the song Midnight City by M83 despite there being commentary over the song and it was used as a final goodbye for the French channel C8 and this would fall under fair use but to my surprise the music companies that gave me the claim never even bothered to deny my appeal. On October 14, one month after my appeal, YouTube would give an email saying my appeal for the claim was successful which keep in mind these are big record labels and music companies that own the rights to the song. So what do you think YouTube did next? Four days later on October 18, I would receive the worst news as they had terminated my channel for "Circumvention." Now notice how only four days after removing the copyright claim to my most viewed video did they terminate my channel. Keep in mind my channel has lasted for more than 2 years and no problem was ever mentioned by YouTube up until this. It may speculation but I think either their AI did actually falsely terminated my channel or they might have done it on purpose. Keep in mind that some of the biggest record labels have the rights to the song and the fact that they not only waited for my channel to reach the qualifcations for the partnership program but also when their claim was gone from my video YouTube or possibly these record labels might have told YouTube to terminate my channel. Again this is all speculation but think how it all connects. But my question is why would they want to target my channel? I only just wanted to archive moments from TV and keep in mind that many of these channels that I recorded are either shutting down or have already shut down. To see that YouTube might have targeted me over this and yet have helped channel that post things that actually break TOS is insane. It's sad that even to this very day I have been ignored by YouTube themselves.

But I want to confirm that I have never had or have had any other channels created before this one, Artem_BA_official. I simply want justice, that my channel was unblocked because your automated system blocked it by mistake. I demand an answer from you because you still haven't responded and have simply decided to forget about my situation. But I won't let you. My channel is my creative island on the social network, where I posted animations and shared my creative work with people, but your AI system decided to get rid of most of the creators and decided that creators who were just starting to grow should be blocked so they don't create competition. I bet that's true, or something similar. Regarding the VPN, I've already mentioned that I use it exclusively to protect my home network and maintain privacy. Also, when I access the channel on my phone, I automatically receive a notification letting me know I can appeal. But I repeat, your specialists haven't reviewed a single appeal I've submitted. This is wrong and terrible on your part, because most of your appeals aren't even considered, and those submitted for the first time are reviewed by an AI system that rejects appeals 99% of the time. So, @YouTube @TeamYouTube I'm waiting for your response and a decision, because the channel was blocked by mistake, and I don't accept that someone blocked it without a reason. I've followed the platform and community rules, and my channel is as clean as a slate. I'm waiting for your response @TeamYouTube
