@HustlingWalrus Hi, can you please explain the visual voicemail text bug so we can understand? What is happening and what is expected so we can feed it back to the team?
English

@O2 you gonna fix the visual voicemail text bug or just let it sit there. You charge enough money and don't spend it on better signal surely you can put a bit towards fixing bugs.

@LEGO_Group was so excited to buy my first big Lego set the Pokémon trio. Such a shame their quality control has gone so far down the shitter that so many pieces don't click together and are just mushy... No more Lego for me...

@Moonlight_myths Low-key a dumbass for letting her have access to it. Ur 18 put it in an account that she can't touch. I would also report as theft ngl

I'm a 18 year old who has been working and saving money since I was 14. I had around $9000 saved up, which I planned to use for my future apartment.
But, yesterday my mom told me that she took $5000 from my savings to assist a friend. when I asked when she would repay me, she appeared confused and didn't think she should. She became upset and started explaining angrily how she provides groceries and pays rent for our house, implying that I shouldn't expect repayment. According to her, the $5000 is insignificant compared to the expenses she's had with me since l was a baby, so l have no right to ask for it back. From my point of view, it feels like she took away more than 2 years of hard work and effort. I worked really hard while also going to school…

@aemilia2484 @IT_unhinged Because despite what every twat that phones the help desk thinks, they are not the priority. We have thousands of other people to support and you can't let them push you around. lack of planning does not constitute an emergency.
English

@IT_unhinged How come you haven't been fired yet? Are you the owners son?

What happens when a manager forgets to submit onboarding paperwork until the morning the new hire starts?
According to the manager, we "expedite the process."
According to the SLA, we have a 14-day provisioning window.
The manager brought the new guy to my desk.
"Derek, meet Todd. He needs a laptop, monitors, and VPN access."
I shook Todd's hand.
I told him it was nice to meet him, and I'd see him in exactly two weeks.
The manager panicked. "He can't just sit here for two weeks!"
I agreed.
I handed Todd a broom.
I told him Facilities was short-staffed and sweeping doesn't require an active directory account.
The manager tried to escalate to the CIO.
The CIO asked if the intake form was filled out 14 days ago.
It wasn't.
Todd is actually a really good sweeper.

@craff756 @Pirat_Nation Do you close your eyes everywhere you go. Everywhere I go is a new estate going up.
English

@Pirat_Nation The communist are in full control in Britain. They let in Muslims, they refuse to build houses, they don’t spend on military and now they restrict freedom of purchase rather let citizens make choices. Hopefully they realize this and vote out every labor party rep.

Parliament has passed the UK’s Tobacco and Vapes Bill to create the first smoke-free generation.
From 2027 the legal age to buy cigarettes and tobacco will rise by one year every single year.
Anyone born on or after 1 January 2009 will never be legally able to purchase them in their lifetime.
Current adult smokers are completely unaffected, this only targets future generations.

@virginmedia @edjimf I do hate AI it gives big companies like Virgin an excuse to be lazy and give shittier service, yet charge us more.
English

@edjimf Thank you for providing this information. Can you confirm the area for us please? Once we know this we can assign it to the appropriate area manager 😀
English

@teslaownersSV Starlink is a blessing but you see that Mars visit? You people should make sure nothing follows you back to earth from there.
Na beg I dey take beg you.
English

MrBeast says once enough airlines offer Starlink, he’ll only book those flights: “Extra layover? Don’t care—there’s Starlink. I’ll sit anywhere for it. Starlink is amazing.”
He adds: “Most people haven’t used it, but in Antarctica it was our only signal. On a four-hour drive through rural Africa, we mounted Starlink on the car and had perfect connectivity the whole time.”
On SpaceX: “What Elon Musk is doing will fundamentally advance humanity in unimaginable ways. Someone will go to Mars in our lifetime—I truly believe it.”

@_abochie If we are talking prem only, bin off Casemiro, Hendo and deffo Partey. Hendo is so overrated

“Two weeks ago my husband started complaining that our baby's nose smelled bad. I thought it was just cough and catarrh, so we bought some drugs, but the smell didn't stop.
Last Friday it got worse—the nose smelled often. My husband checked and saw a bit of catarrh inside, but when I looked, it didn't look like catarrh—it looked like something else.
We took the baby to the hospital. The doctor said there was something inside his nose. They gave him an injection to sleep, and when he fell asleep, the doctor used a tool to pull out a very big piece of nylon from his nose (you can see the photo—so big!). I still don't know how he put it in there without anyone seeing.
The doctor said if they hadn't removed it right then, they'd have had to cut his nose to get it out. I've been in shock since last Friday and haven't posted about it. I'm just so grateful—help me thank God, because I don't know what I'd do if anything had happened.
Grateful to God”🙏🏽🙏🏽

@SandyofSuffolk It's the government fucking us up and greedy companies raising the price of shit for no reason. We are being priced out of normal reasonable things that previous generations got easily. The wage Vs house prices is no where near what it was years ago. Not our fault
English

@SandyofSuffolk worked full time all my adult life starting at 16. Never had car payment, don't go out much, don't buy coffees and unnecessary stuff, No student loans, no credit cards. I'm only on 1.8k a month. I don't go on holidays but I still can't afford a house on my own where I live. Stfu
English

You can buy a nice little house like this in Suffolk with a 5% deposit of £6,000. Nationwide, Barclays and others are offering good deals for first time buyers with only a 5% deposit.
But then you'd have to forego your gap year in the Far East and Antipodes or your fancy wedding. Poor you. Boo hoo. 🤣
