Based on the above reports, GHMC has issued a Show Cause Notice under Section 450 of the GHMC Act, 1955 to M/s. Pradeep Constructions proposing cancellation of the Building Permission on the ground that the permissions were obtained by material misrepresentation and suppression of material facts. The application for Occupancy Certificate has been kept in abeyance pending these proceedings. No Occupancy Certificate has been issued to the said building.
