Coming back to my matcha days again🍵
I used to drink matcha every single day for a whole year — but I used to make it with oat milk (this was when I didn’t know how bad oat milk & almond milk were).
Absolutely love the flavor of matcha & the way it makes me feel every morning.
I love coffee too — but my current goal as of now is to lower my body’s stress levels so that’s why I’m sticking to matcha.
