@ThreeUKSupport It’s for my elderly mother same surname. The number we were told to ring today to cancel just gives a message about phone calls and disconnects. Number on the link doesn’t connect. Obviously you don’t want to speak to your customers. no signal, no TV for mum and can’t cancel
