@IamDONAVE @MobyChe Maresca steadied the ship at Chelsea when he came in but that was all it was. He was never going to move us beyond that. He was also mediocre, thanks to him though for the trophies. If you are good, you are good, he wasn't

Hato, yesterday I finally saw the carrying ability that I've been saying will come and he already possesses to weave his way out of pressure. He stopped attacks, carried the ball forward and released it right, completing the most dribbles from CB (embarrassing for the wingers lol). It looked like he actually led the team too in moments.
His development has to be prioritized now. He's one of the biggest talents in this team. He came in timid which is normal but now he's looking like he easily more than belongs

@kingBilly30 @Vince_ontop @MobyChe After more than $1B being spent, you are still defending a project that will never work.
Lol...jsyk, Maresca left because the project was limiting him.
English

@Vince_ontop @MobyChe The unnecessary pressure is killing. Chelsea needs to build and that can never be done overnight. We need upgrade the squad a little bit more in the summer which I’m sure they’ll surely do. No coach on earth will do any magic with this present squad. Na why maresca move…

I heard a story about pastor Chris that really stuck with me. It's a great reminder that influential people don't always get what they want, no matter how powerful or wealthy they might be.
So, apparently, a governor wanted to meet with Pastor Chris, but instead of following the proper procedure, he just showed up at pastor's office without an appointment. Now, the governor probably thought that because of his position and influence, he'd be able to just walk right in and meet with Pastor Chris. But what he didn't realize was that Pastor Chris was in the middle of a prayer session.
The governor waited for one hour, two hours, three hours, four hours, five hours, and even six hours, but Pastor Chris didn't budge. He was completely focused on his prayers and wouldn't let anything interrupt him.
Finally, the governor got tired of waiting and realized that he needed to book an appointment through the proper channels. As he was leaving, he said something that really stood out - he mentioned that this was the first time he'd ever visited a pastor who was so committed to prayer that he wouldn't jump at the opportunity to meet with him.
I think that's a powerful lesson for all of us. It shows that even the most influential people need to respect other people's priorities and boundaries.
Alam kingDavid shiter.

@AZEEZADENI50852 @sparkliin Why should Rodrygo be a Chelsea player?
The team isn’t interested in him and that’s it.
English

@sparkliin If it was abrahamovic....rodrygo and osimhen would be our player right now
Vini got contract issues now...we can't sign him because we can't pay him the wages he wants
And to be precise we needs to accept reality that this is Chelsea now...not old Chelsea..

During the Lampard era, Chelsea spent over £200 million on players. Every player Lampard asked for, he got. We all loved those signings. But only a few months later, we found ourselves dropping points, losing games left and right.
That was when Lampard stans came up with excuses like: “This one isn’t good enough,” “that one isn’t good enough,” “the squad is too young,” “they’re not ready yet.” Bla bla bla.. Some even went as far as attacking Thiago Silva, claiming he was too old to play for Chelsea.
A few months later, Lampard was sacked, and in came Thomas Tuchel
In his very first press conference, Tuchel said:
“The players are ready. I want to win now, not later. We want to build a team that no one wants to play.”
He stayed true to those words. We were feared. You didn’t want to play us. You can ask Madrid and Manchester City. Against all odds, he dugged us up from the deep pit we were in, and secured a Champions League spot for us. He would go on to dominate Europe, winning three European trophies in the process. That is the difference between a winner and an excuse of a coach.
Maresca is the only manager in the Premier League without a stable starting XI. How do you expect players to build chemistry or understand each other when the lineup changes every Eke market day?
1 win in 7 premier league games is not Chelsea level.
Maresca needs to be sacked and replaced with a coach who understands what it means to represent the Chelsea badge.
And for the ones that would say he won the conference league and the CWC; you either face reality, or continue to wallow in your ignorance.
My Loyalty is to CHELSEA and CHELSEA alone. Win, or get out.
To everyone insulting me for calling him out, I say this with all due disrespect,
“Kitikpa gbagbuo unu niile.” Nkita lacha unu niile anya.
You are all mad! Ndi ala ndi ala.

English

@MajidMheiri @ChelseaFC What trophy???
Conference league???
CWC that was a fluke???
Enzo was part of the problem. Palmer hit rock bottom under him. Players played out of position.
That being said, the sporting managers should do better.
English

@ChelseaFC Great.. let's look for League One Managers and belittle our club especially when it's finally settled.
Sacking Maresca after he finally got us back to trophies with the youngest team in the history of PL is something we might regret later.

English

@whofwhaji @ChelseaFC Enzo isn't the whole problem. But he has some blames too.
English

@ChelseaFC You guys are shameless, this guy did more than any of your last 4 managers and you made him be the first man to lose a job in 2026, family man for that matter…. Shameless club😭😭😭😭
English

@ParisSorel @iapatriot2023 @FightKarnivore We both know he’s being truthful tho.
The black community is known for being quite violent.

@Mario9jaa It should be illegal for Nigerians to have leadership discussions.

@icyy_bee @Hype_DeBug I heard people still adding expressjs to a NextJs frontend
English

@aidenybai Not really a useEffect issue.
Why is task a dependency for the useEffect?
English

this type of problem usually happens when you have a setState in a useEffect - be careful!

Do not delude yourself. Depends on what you do with the backend. As a computer engineer that build services that service, web, PC, IoT, robots and mobile. The backend does not necessarily test your skills in coding.
It tests your architecture and planning, and DSA ability to build efficiency for the solution. That it "works" does not mean it is " good".
Just like the extremes of web front end is hard. The extremes of backend is also hard.
Right now the backend you are writing for is for web alone. There are other front ends.
As you think UX on UI makes frontend hard. There is actually UX in backend and it does not come with a graphics manual. What happens when network is poor? What happens when a session is broken, what happens when a device returns incomplete and damaged data. How safe is the data returned. How can we reach end devices/nodes more efficiently, how much automomy should be left to the robots. How are data stored for proper reporting . How much AI resource is consumed. How much process does one make to ensure safe and complete financial activities....
