A preventable tragedy. Sheridan Gorman was murdered by an illegal alien released into the U.S. in 2023 under the Biden administration — a direct result of failed border & sanctuary city policies. ICE @EROWashington D.C. arrested Rudy Velazco-Reyes, an illegal alien from Mexico in Victoria, VA. Velazco-Reyes' criminal history includes strongarm rape, strongarm sexual assault, strongarm sodomy of a woman and aggravated assault on a family member. He remains in ICE custody.

HAITIAN MAN STRIPPED OF U.S. CITIZENSHIP FOLLOWING FRAUD Joff Stenn Wroy Philossaint, a Haitian-born fraudster, has been stripped of his U.S. citizenship after concealing the fact that he defrauded COVID-19 relief programs of millions of dollars during the naturalization process. ICE @HSI_HQ ’ @HSIMiami was proud to be part of the investigative team on this case.

ICE PROBE: OHIO CHILD SEX PREDATOR, TEACHER, GIRLS’ SOCCER COACH ENTICED CHILDREN TO SEND HIM EXPLICIT PHOTOS & SELF HARM ICE @HSI_HQ discovered online communications between David Snell and a child living in CA, in which he enticed a child to make sexually explicit content and harm herself. Special agents also discovered that Snell, a U.S. citizen who previously worked as an educator for multiple schools and as a girls’ soccer coach and director of an organization that offers childcare services to underprivileged families, discussed his horrific fantasies of raping, torturing and murdering infants, children and adults. This child sex predator groomed children to send him explicit and sexually degrading content — including depictions of the children self-harming. The ICE @HSIDetroit investigation resulted in a 22.5-year sentence for Snell, who previously pleaded guilty to two counts of enticing a child to engage in criminal sexual conduct. HSI Detroit was assisted by other ICE field offices, including those in Burlington, Cincinnati, Monterey and New York. ICE issued a detainer on Tejpal Kishore, an illegal alien from Guyana, accused of drugging and raping a 14-year-old girl in Carbon County, PA. No matter what the verdict is in his criminal case, this illegal alien does not belong in our neighborhoods.

ILLEGAL ALIEN CHARGED W/ATTEMPTED MURDER ARRESTED BY ICE AFTER PHILLY POLICE BROTHER BONDS HIM OUT Previously convicted of a firearms offense in NY, Jamaican national Christopher Leon Bailey is now accused of running over a pedestrian in PA and fleeing the scene. Bailey, who overstayed a 2009 tourist visa, allegedly nearly hit two pedestrians crossing the road in January before chasing them down in a parking lot and nearly hitting them again. Kicked to the ground by the victim after exchanging words, Bailey allegedly pulled a knife on the two before chasing them down again with his car and running over the victim before fleeing the scene. Bailey’s brother, a Philadelphia police officer, posted a cash bond Feb. 8, and the suspect was released without notification to ICE. ICE @EROPhiladelphia officers and @HSIPhiladelphia agents arrested him before he was remanded to the Delaware County Prison — in a sanctuary jurisdiction — March 16 when he appeared in court with his brother, who was in full uniform. Bailey will remain in ICE custody pending removal proceedings until the county issues a judicial writ. She wasn’t in the “wrong place” at the “wrong time”. She was an American college student taking a walk in public with her friends, which every American should be able to do without the fear of being murdered by criminal illegals. Sheridan Gorman was only 18 years old.

As a father, I grieve for Sheridan’s parents for this unspeakable tragedy. This was a failure of not holding criminal migrants accountable and not protecting the public—and another tragic reason why I was the Dem lead on the Laken Riley law.

Another grotesque and preventable tragedy committed by an illegal alien who never should have been in this country. Rest in peace, Sheridan Gorman.

This arrest of ILLEGAL ALIENS occurred yesterday on March 22, 2026 — BEFORE ICE officers were deployed to airports to bolster TSA efforts. ICE officers arrested Angelina Lopez-Jimenez and Wendy Godinez-Lopez at the San Francisco International Airport. These illegal aliens had a final removal order of removal from an immigration judge since 2019. While being escorted to the international terminal for processing, Lopez-Jimenez attempted to flee and resisted law enforcement officers. ICE is working as quickly as possible to repatriate the family unit to their home country of Guatemala.
