🚨Trump Admin Activates Secret Alien Terrorist Removal Court The Trump administration has activated the long-dormant Alien Terrorist Removal Court (ATRC) — a secretive, never-before-used process to quickly deport foreign nationals deemed “alien terrorists” and their immediate family members. Created by the 1996 Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act under President Clinton after receiving overwhelming bipartisan support in the House (293 votes) and in the Senate (91 votes), the court sat unused until earlier this week. Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche has just submitted the first classified submission to the court in its 30-year history. Key details: ➡️Five judges sit on the ATRC, all of whom are selected by the Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court. Currently, four Bush-appointed judges and one Trump-appointed judge sit on the court. ➡️Criteria include: engaging in or endorsing terrorist activity, membership in a terrorist organization, or being the spouse or child of someone inadmissible on these grounds. ➡️The ATRC allows the submission of secret evidence and bypasses regular immigration courts for faster, expedited deportations. ➡️Legal experts approximate that somewhere between 5-10% of all illegal aliens currently in the United States would meet the ATRC’s criteria for rapid deportation. Ultimately, the revival of the Alien Terrorist Removal Court allows the Trump administration to circumvent the regular immigration courts, offering an expedited pathway to deport illegal aliens whom the government deems to be alien terrorists, or their close relatives.
