NIGERIA: If a citizen who called out the poor welfare situation of the military is being punished and dragged to court while the terrorists who kill the same military personnel daily are being pampered and pardoned, you don’t need an Angel to tell you this is not a country.

I’d like to personally take you to a particular spot in a state I won’t name here, so your people don’t start making calls and cleaning up ahead of time. There would be no phones. No wristwatches. No devices. Nothing that can track or identify you. I’ll make sure of that myself. I’ll dress you like any regular, respectful Nigerian. Then we’ll drive straight to that particular spot. If your officers don’t stop us, search us, and try to pressure or rough us up for money like their daily routine, I’ll spend the rest of the year publicly praising the Nigeria Police Force. But if they do exactly what people complain about every day, then we stop pretending this is just “bad perception” and call it what it is... A normal behavior that has been allowed to grow.
HEAD, COMPLAINT RESPONSE UNIT@CspIniedu

Esteemed, I invite you to join us for 24hrs at any of our stations, stop & search operations and/or the CRU 24HR SMART CALL CENTRE. When ure done, we would sit and discuss your comment. Do you know your #DPO?

Apparently someone in kaduna mobilized youths to go after bandits and kidnappers in the state. He was arrested by this government and sentenced to death by hanging. Makes you wonder who’s being protected by this administration, citizens or terrorists??

You free Islamists (who slaughter innocents and rape women) in the name of rehabilitating and reintegrating them; yet, the likes of Victor Solomon (aka Zidane), a victim of their attack, whose only crime is resisting the Islamists militia attack on his Christian community of Kajuru, is sentenced to death. @ubasanius @NewsCentralTV @TRobinsonNewEra @RepRileyMoore @ChristianEmerg1 @SKefason @FSYusuff @StateDept @FoxNews

Many Nigerians don't know that the 176 women and children who were kidnapped in Kwara State since February 3rd have not been rescued till today. Today is May 5th, 2026. 3 months have passed. Just imagine that for a minute and understand the implications for those children and women. It is possible that some of them have already died. So I ask.. What type of wicked and evil people do we have in this APC government? What type of evil have we brought upon ourselves in the form of the APC? Imagine if those people were you or your family? Go and register and get your PVC. Tell someone to tell someone, 2027 is not just an election, you are fighting for your life against evil. Take it seriously.

@ICSTPS @Nwolisa247243 @KalyfaMuhd Someone said something, and then some random person responded by saying his App had only 30k installs.. How does that disprove that 95% of the fraud came from Nigeria?

Kled just banned all of Nigeria, citing "95% fraud," and the internet gave them a standing ovation. I did 5 minutes of research. Here's what Sensor Tower shows for last month: Worldwide installs: 30,000 Top 3 countries: Malaysia, Indonesia and Nigeria The United States — where they're based — isn't even in their top 3. Let that sink in. Your top users were from the Global South. And when the app started struggling, you wrote a long emotional post blaming Nigerians and collected worth of impressions in 24 hours. 30,000 world wide installs last month. Not even cracking the US top charts. This app isn't being destroyed by Nigerian fraudsters. This app is failing. And Nigerians just became the scapegoat for a founder who needed a viral moment more than he needed a product. We've seen this playbook. It's tired.

Avi Patel@avipat_

We have removed Kled from the Nigerian app store and IP banned the entire region. The first thing I would like to say is I have nothing against Nigeria. I have a ton of friends from this region and these were some of our earliest app adopters. Genuinely, thank you all for the support. Kled has been up and running and out of beta for 4 months now. We have paid out hundreds of thousands of people for their data, and our users have uploaded over 1 billion assets onto our platform. After several months of uploads we found that Nigeria had a ≈95% fraud rate. Instead of real, usable data, users were uploading pictures of black screens, duplicate photos, internet generated images, AI generated images, etc. at an unimaginable scale. In comparison, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines have a less than 10% fraud rate across 10x the userbase size. Our fraud system is fast to catch these issues but the level of complexity of these schemes is getting out of hand. This weekend we were flooded with thousands of fake Japanese passports and identity cards with Nigerians photoshopped onto them in our KYC system. That was the final straw. As a startup we can't afford to eat the costs of that data overhead, so we temporarily removed the app from the region while we improved our fraud detection and banning system to quickly filter out bad actors when the time is right. On top of all of this, every time we make a post there is someone asking us to bring the region back within seconds. We hear you, but it's gotten out of hand. We've made this decision with great care. We love everyone who has genuinely supported Kled from Nigeria, and we hope to return when the time is right. -Kled Team

@Nwolisa247243 @KalyfaMuhd You are looking for proof it’s a lie from others but you are not looking for proof it’s true from the person who said it? So if I say your father is a thief you will be looking for proof he’s not a thief from your father and not asking me for proof he is?

@mrlurvy This is one of the most stupid takes ever! There was a recent video of high school kids unable to read simple sentences, by this your logic, American graduates cannot be trusted with high skill roles! There are as much extremely smart people as there are dumb ones!

Is it the same calibre of graduates who spell Corps as ‘Corpse’ that should be trusted with high-skilled roles at Moniepoint? Is it not on this same app where supposed lawyers CONFIDENTLY mislead clients? If you are truly qualified, go ahead and apply for Moniepoint vacancies. If you are competent, you will be hired. Moniepoint is not some roadside store like Awero & Sons Nig. Ltd. Using salary structure as an agenda to cover up for incompetence is dead on arrival.

@BrandiKruse TBF: U14 is 13 and 14 year olds. It's also Crossfire which is one of the biggest soccer clubs in Western WA. A lot of money there. This would not be like a highschool boys team. These are good players really into the sport and pay a lot of money for coaching and training.

Meet Zidane Zidane was sentenced to death by hanging yesterday 1st May 2026 Whats his crime? Back in 2019 El-Rufai government arrested this guy and moved him y prison. Zidane organized his community boys to stand against the bandits invading their community and kpaing their people. They were so active that the bandit's many attempts were fruitless. At some point they recorded high success of neutralizing the terrorists. Then the terrorists went and reported him to the then El-Rufai government that he is fíghtíng them and he was arrested. Since then his community has been left vulnerable and many invasion has happened. And guess what? None of the bandits kpaing their people overtime has been apprehended and sentenced. But Zidane was sentenced to death by hanging yesterday by the new government of Kaduna state. Ànd, everywhere is quiet like nothing is happening. What exactly is our crime? Why are you silenting the bold voices What's zidane crime? Our security system failed us. We decide to protect ourselves yet yh Judiciary comes for us. Bandits are pardoned, rehabilitated, reintegrated into the society after kpai thousands of people. But young men who stands up to protect themselves against these bandits either get executed or jailed.
