Im just saying that since rape also is such a devastating crime, and since we live in a world with a flawed justice system, we should focus on reforms that improve the accuracy of legal proceeding rather than just pursuing punishment for potential victims

Only 2-8% of rape allegations are false in regard to the 40% that are reported to police.
