A final update: FELIS founder keys have been burned. Most of it was migrated into a v3 LP on Sundae. The passphrase got burned in a paper purge when I moved 2 years ago and then Nami to Lace transition and a Windows reinstall was the coup de grace for all my existing keys.

The community can only say if it's a reasonable amount of time but we're not all qualified to assess despite having opinions.

Whale's comment can also serve as an incentive for IOG. IOG is a commercial company whose main source of revenue appears to be the Cardano ecosystem. Therefore, IOG should set concrete deadlines for each project in order to allow the community to better evaluate them later. All projects applying for funding must operate exclusively within the Cardano ecosystem and must not be used for the development or support of other ecosystems.

Huge whales liquidating their positions is exactly what we need. I've always felt that too many in the Cardano community were banking on generational wealth. Lots of those people need to be disappointed and then the price will go to the fucking moon.

He is mostly right. I say mostly because some work is hard to quantify, e.g. research on Ouroboros Leios, Ouroboros Praos, Genesis being implemented in node 10.4.x and 10.5.1, Mithril, Plutus V4 coming up. Some workstreams like e.g. Bullet that likely @MicroProofs is being now financed on are also invisible but very important. Now is it worth this amount, maybe, maybe not. Work is needed, question is on the price. What we don;t know how much is spend on taxes, internal affaird to keep going and how much is passed down to devs. Could be individual on small salaries. My biggest issue is no transparency what happened to sales of genesis ADA. If dump in 2021 at 3 USD was done, then it means they had a ballance sheet of over 4 bln USD. If this is true then it is very controversial to ask for me if you assume genesis ADA was supposed to use to "finish Cardano". If you assume that genesis ADA is used to "enrich them" then why did they bother to work so long but should jave throwed in the towel already before. Charles said, he works since 2020 for free? What does this even mean, what is the definition he has there? I think a lot boils down to perception, do they perceive genesis ADA as a way to boostrap ecosystem or as "profit". If they perceive as profit and we perceive as money to bootstrap Cardano, this is where the whole fuck-up is made. So what is it, profit or initial funds were used to bootstrap ADA ecosystem (not profit)? Same for Emurgo and same for the CF.

This is Cardano Whale's generic rational under all his votes. He no longer supports IOG, because "...the founding entity has not delivered much for years and is requesting obscene amounts of funds to keep the same show of non-delivery going." Charles re-tweeted today, which led to a 15% decline in $O’s price. This proves governance in Cardano is completely corrupt and controlled by a single entity.
