🔬 New findings on mitotic centrosome assembly in flies! Spd-2 flux play key roles, forming a solid-like Cnn-scaffold and a liquid-like TACC-scaffold triggered by Polo and AurA respectively. Synthetic bead experiments reveal Spd-2's pivotal role.
