Last night’s game was awesome! I’m still riding the high of it. However, I must say: sitting in Section 336 was a revelation on Colorado sports fans. Most of the section was wishing/threatening injury on Duchene, Oettinger, myself, and the other Stars fans in adjacent sections. When leaving the parking lot after the game, one (obviously drunk) Avs fan threw one of those aluminum water bottles at my truck while yelling, “Go back to Texas! We don’t want you here, you fucking Conservative!” This isn’t an indictment on *every* Colorado sports fan, because the Avs fans sitting directly next to me were civil and we were having a great time chirping each other throughout the game. However, if your reaction to a loss is to threaten the other team’s players/fans with injury - perhaps you should re-evaluate the depths of your shame and rise out of it. As always, #TexasHockey

I know Nick Herbig is the name out of Pittsburgh Steelers that keeps getting floated as a trade piece, for good reason. But it sounds like Pittsburgh has no interest in moving him. So why not the other edge… Alex Highsmith? Always been a fan of his, he’s been damn good opposite T. J. Watt no?Friendly contract too that runs through 2027. They could be out on moving him idk, but I doubt they pay 3 edges which they’ll have to do with Herbig shortly. Thinking out loud.
