This is the central wound inside Fyodor Dostoevsky’s short story, The Dream of a Ridiculous Man. The man had spent years thinking about life, yet he had no strength left to live it. One winter night, after sitting with friends who spoke grandly about truth and progress, he walked home with a revolver waiting in his room. He had decided that this would be his last night. On the way, a little girl grabbed his coat. She was wet, frightened, and begging for help. Her mother was sick. The man understood enough to know she needed him, yet he pushed her away and told her to find the police. When she kept pleading, he shouted at her. She ran off into the cold. He reached his room, sat before the revolver, and prepared to die. Then the girl’s face returned to him. Her fear disturbed him. Her pain followed him into the silence. He wondered why guilt still hurt if life had no meaning. Then he fell asleep. In the dream, he saw himself dead. A bright being lifted him from his grave and carried him beyond the stars to another world. The people there looked human, yet they lived without greed, envy, lies, or cruelty. They loved naturally. They had no need to explain happiness because they lived inside it. Then he corrupted them. One lie led to another. Pride entered. Envy followed. Soon they competed, deceived, punished, and killed. When he begged them to remember who they had once been, they mocked him. They said they had science, knowledge, and the laws of happiness. The man in the story has thought about life so much that he has stopped living it. He can judge society, expose hypocrisy, and explain despair, yet one suffering child reveals the poverty of his soul. That is the force of the story. A little girl does what philosophy cannot do. She brings him back to responsibility. The dream shows the same truth on a larger scale. A perfect world falls when deceit enters it, then its people begin to defend corruption. They suffer, yet call their suffering wisdom. They lose happiness, then comfort themselves with theories about happiness. Dostoevsky noticed that a civilization can become brilliant and still become cruel. It can build systems, write laws, praise progress, and lose the simple moral instinct that tells a man to help a child in the rain. His final lesson is severe and necessary. Truth begins with love in action. Love begins with the person in front of you. That is why the ridiculous man becomes wise. He stops studying life from outside and accepts the burden of living it. Академик РАН Михаил Предтеченский сумел изобрести то, что не могли во всем другом мире – производство одностенних углеродных нанотрубок в промышленных масштабах. Его продукцию покупало 97 % крупнейших потребителей, включая Tesla. Однако, российское государство решило, что раз оно частично финансировало работу академика через Роснано, то и изобретение, и все созданные заводы должны принадлежать ему и отбирает все это у Предтеченского. О происходящем рассуждает источник ВЧК-ОГПУ и Rucriminal.info, много лет работавший в структурах Роснано. “История OCSiAl — это не просто очередной корпоративный конфликт. Это диагноз. За сухими строчками судебных решений, изъятием активов и назначением «нового руководителя» скрывается столкновение двух моделей управления. Одна — глобальная, капиталистическая, эффективная. Вторая — инвентаризационная, бюрократическая, торжествующая. Исход этого столкновения предрешен: уникальная технология будет похоронена, создатели разбегутся, а инициаторы «наведения порядка» получат премии за успешно проведенную инвентаризацию. 1. Как Чубайс строил глобальную компанию В 2009 году у группы новосибирских ученых под руководством академика Михаила Предтеченского было то, что в Силиконовой долине называют технологическим прорывом. Они научились производить одностенные углеродные нанотрубки в промышленных масштабах — то, что до них никто в мире не умел. Дальше нужно было сделать то, что в Кремниевой долине называют коммерциализацией: найти инвесторов, выстроить структуру, защитить интеллектуальную собственность по всему миру и выйти на рынки. Эту задачу решала команда, которую сегодня принято поливать грязью. Анатолий Чубайс, тогдашний глава «Роснано», и его заместитель Юрий Удальцов — люди, понимавшие, что высокотехнологичный бизнес не строится в юрисдикции, где патенты не котируются за пределами Таможенного союза. Вместе с предпринимателями Юрием Коропачинским, Олегом Кирилловым и Юрием Зельвенским они выстроили классическую для глобального технологического стартапа структуру: головная компания в Люксембурге, патенты в международных юрисдикциях, производство в России, продажи по всему миру. И это сработало. К 2019 году OCSiAl контролировал 97% мирового рынка одностенных углеродных нанотрубок. Его оценивали в миллиард долларов. «Роснано» (государственный институт развития!) отчитывалось об этом как об успехе. Чубайс называл компанию «первым российским единорогом». Ученые Института теплофизики СО РАН получили Государственную премию. За что? За разработку, которую сегодня прокуроры называют «присвоенной». Это была работающая модель. Не идеальная, но единственно возможная для страны, которая хочет быть не просто сырьевой базой, но и технологическим игроком. Модель, при которой государство (через «Роснано») выступает терпеливым инвестором, ученый получает долю в бизнесе, а менеджмент выводит продукт на глобальные рынки. Именно так работает Силиконовая долина, именно так работают израильские, китайские, корейские технологические чемпионы. 2. Приход опричников: смена парадигмы В 2020 году Чубайс ушел. На его место пришел Сергей Куликов. Человек, чей главный управленческий опыт до «Роснано» сводился к антикризисному управлению в компаниях, которые было уже не спасти. Человек, при котором госкорпорация погрузилась в долги, а ее команда профессионалов разбежалась. Но не это главное. Главное — смена идеологии. Вместо «построим глобальную компанию» пришло «вернем активы в российскую юрисдикцию». Вместо «рыночная капитализация» — «контроль любой ценой». Вместо работы с глобальными партнерами — судебные иски и заявления в прокуратуру. Новая команда не умела управлять высокотехнологичным экспортным бизнесом. Она умела проводить проверки, писать акты и докладывать наверх. И вот теперь, когда суд передал активы OCSiAl в доход государства, эти люди пришли на производственную площадку. Чтобы «провести первичную инвентаризацию». 3. Инвентаризация как высшая форма управления В официальном сообщении говорится: «Представители госкорпорации осуществляют работу на производственных площадках, проводя первичную инвентаризацию». Инвентаризация — это, конечно, важно. Но в мире высоких технологий инвентаризация — это не управление. Это предсмертная записка. Ничего из этого новая команда не умеет. И не сможет научиться, потому что их компетенции — другого поля. Они умеют назначать «нового руководителя», который «запустит производство с учетом научно-технологической специфики». Это звучит как издевательство. «Учет научно-технологической специфики» в переводе с бюрократического означает: «мы не понимаем, что там происходит, но назначим ответственного, который будет писать отчеты». 4. Патенты, которые остались в Люксембурге Но даже если инвентаризаторы чудом наладят выпуск нанотрубок в Новосибирске — что будет с глобальными рынками? Ключевые патенты оформлены на люксембургские и гонконгские структуры. Они по-прежнему контролируются бывшими менеджерами OCSiAl, включая Юрия Удальцова, который сейчас находится в Сербии. Именно там, в Белграде, открыт новый завод мощностью 60 тонн в год, и его мощность планируют удвоить. Российский суд может изъять доли в новосибирском ООО, но он не может аннулировать патент в Люксембурге. А без этих патентов новосибирская продукция не может быть легально продана ни в Китае, ни в Индии, ни в Европе. Даже внутри России может возникнуть вопрос: а не нарушает ли производитель права интеллектуальной собственности, принадлежащей иностранным структурам? Но этот вопрос — завтрашний. Сегодняшняя задача — инвентаризация. И она будет проведена блестяще. 5. Кто ответит за п…ц? И вот главный вопрос, который не задают ни в прокуратуре, ни в «Роснано»: а что будет, когда проект ляжет? Когда уникальная технология, созданная новосибирскими учеными, превратится в законсервированный завод с ведомственной охраной и отчетом о «сохранении научно-технологического задела»? Ответ: никто не ответит. Потому что ответственность в этой системе распределена гениально. Виноваты будут: · академик Предтеченский, который «присвоил разработку» (и уже отбывает из страны или только собирается); · старый менеджмент (Коропачинский, Удальцов), которые «вывели активы за рубеж» (и уже в эмиграции); · санкции, рынок, наследие Чубайса, объективные трудности — все, что угодно. А те, кто реально принимал решение: «забрать актив любой ценой, даже если это уничтожит бизнес», — они напишут отчет. Куликов доложит о «возврате критического актива в собственность государства» и о «запуске производства под управлением назначенного руководителя». Может быть, даже получит премию за успешное завершение сложного проекта. Через год-другой выяснится, что производство убыточно, экспорт невозможен, а оборудование требует замены. Начнется очередной раунд «оптимизации». Актив спишут, передадут куда-нибудь в структуру «Ростеха» или продадут за долги. А Куликов с новым мандатом пойдет инвентаризировать следующий актив — например, завод по производству медицинских имплантатов, который тоже «надо вернуть». 6. Это не ошибка, это политика Можно было бы списать все на личную некомпетентность Куликова и его команды. Но это было бы неверно. Потому что за этим стоит системный выбор. Государство, которое в начале 2010-х через Чубайса и «Роснано» пыталось строить глобальные технологические компании (пусть и с офшорной структурой), сегодня делает другой выбор. Оно предпочитает контроль развитию. Ему нужен не мировой лидер с независимым менеджментом, а контролируемый актив, который, даже будучи убыточным, не создает рисков «утечки технологий» и «неконтролируемых элит». С этой точки зрения изъятие OCSiAl — не ошибка, а последовательная политика. Технологию «вернули». Завод «под контролем». То, что при этом рушится бизнес, теряются рынки, а ученые уезжают или сидят под следствием — это издержки, которые в бюджете не учитываются. Вместо заключения: эпитафия российскому «единорогу» Когда-нибудь историки технологий будут разбирать этот кейс. Они напишут: «В России была создана уникальная технология, позволившая занять 97% мирового рынка. Но вместо того, чтобы развивать успех, государство решило “вернуть” активы, предъявив претензии ученому, который этот успех обеспечил. Проект был уничтожен. Создатели уехали. Производство законсервировали». И они добавят: «Никто из тех, кто принимал решение, не понес ответственности. Наоборот, они получили новые должности и премии. Это было не преступление. Just a follow up to this mornings post. One of Fauci’s co-conspirators was Australia’s very own Edward Holmes who has received millions of taxpayers dollars to engage in Gain of Function research. 🔬 Edward Holmes co-authored the notorious Origins of Covid paper in Lancet that dismissed the theory that Covid was created in a laboratory and instead insisted that the virus came from nature. When I asked the National Health and Research Council about Holmes involvement in the coverup and why they continue to award this guy millions dollars, the bureaucrat was allowed to give his opinion which was a violation of the Senate standing orders. Instead of being told to retract his statement, the Chair allowed it to stand and instead shut me down. It’s criminal what the Australian government did to the Australian people and it’s criminal that Edward Holmes isn’t behind bars. The fact that Fauci turned to Holmes to cover up the origins of Covid, a scientist on the other side of the world, so soon after the outbreak can only mean one thing - Edward Holmes was an intelligence asset who colluded not just with Fauci, but our Intelligence Agencies to cover up the origins of Covid. This tells us that rather than seek out the truth and defend Australians, our own Intelligence Agencies are working against the Australian people.
